SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will be quoted according to the European area..
Delivery is by courier Mail Boxes (MBE) and the cost is borne by the customer. 

RETURN OF DEFETCTIVE GOODS

All Hydra Armaments products are manufactured in Italy using the finest quality materials and steels and are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace a defective product. 

For products made to measure this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products and not in the case of misreporting by the customer when ordering (wrong barrel diameter measures or wrong thread pitches). Hydra Armaments will determine in its sole and exclusive discretion whether to repair or replace a product.

RETURN OF GOODS

HA makes personalized and customized products. HA will not be liable in case of errors by the customer in providing wrong data and measurement (for example those relating to the muzzle diameter of the weapon, in the case of purchase of muzzle brakes). In this case it is at the unquestionable discretion of HA whether to reimburse or replace the piece and always after having received the goods and checked it.
For the acceptance of the return, the goods must not be used, damaged or tampered with the exception of the packaging.
